Can You Swim in Your City?
No, I cannot swim in the waterways where I live. I suppose it's not fair to ask that in Florida. There be alligators.
The question was prompted by this article I read in Ethos Magazine and I think it's a worthwhile idea.
You have the right to swim. We all have the right to clean water. If the government exists for any reason, why not this one?
